Star Security & Placement is one of the emerging agencies providing professional security services in Kerala. The organization is administered and controlled by Capt. K S NAIR, a retired officer from army. We are one of the only few company in Kerala which is licensed under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act of 2005 under license No.10/12.
Our organization consists of capable and suitable retired Defense services personnel. The basic aim of the organization is to rehabilitate such personnel and to provide job opportunities to them and unemployed youths (including women) in the state. We also provide opportunities to the civilian candidates but only trained on various securities related duties before employing them on security linked functions. Star Security and Placement is quiet capable to face any threat from any angle since we are having trained commandos drawn from Ex-Defense/Paramilitary forces.
By providing proper and effective training to our employees with special emphasis on the organizational behavior and culture of the patron organization, this is an added specialty of Star Security & Placement. The training program also includes emotional quotient development, firefighting safety, and first aid. Preventive security people i.e. the training so organized where they are deployed.
